Product and Keyword Researcher (Amazon VA)

We are looking for two full-time product (design) and keyword researchers / virtual assistants to help us identify the best converting niches, merchandize designs (on t-shirts, phone cases, hoodies, etc.) and well researched keywords on Amazon so that our design team can create best-selling evergreen as well as trending designs based on your input.

About the job
Your job would be to deliver new briefings, with keywords optimized for high conversion on Amazon, based on your own research. We will provide access to the most important research resources and tools.

What will be expected from you:
- A sense for the tastes and preferences (keywords, vocabulary, tonality, colors, fonts, etc.) of different merchandize niches.
- Ability to translate research guides into briefings (niches, design ideas, and keywords) that designers enjoy working with.
- Knowledge how to check your work for copyright and trademark infringements with WIPO, EUIPO, USPTO, DPMA, IPO, etc.
- Habit of being well informed about trending topics on Reddit, TikTok, Twitter, Google Trends, etc.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Good and reliable internet connection.
- Commitment, resources and time to deliver keywords for 10 - 20 listings/briefings per day, 6 days a week.
- Having fun and getting things done attitude

What would be a plus (not required)
- Experience optimizing listings for Amazon’s A9 algorithm (Amazon FBA, MBA, etc.)
- Experience operating research tools dedicated to Amazon, like Helium 10 for example.
- Fluency in any of the languages German, French, Italian, Spanish or Japanese.

The rules
In the merch business, copyright and trademark laws and rules are very strict. The use of keywords that are infringing any trademark or copyright, not clearly communicating risks, or briefing a designer to produce infringing content will result in immediate termination. Our basic guidance: If in doubt, don't do it.

- We use Slack to communicate.
- The design briefing and submission processes is managed in Airtable.
- We prefer Wise (formerly Transferwise) as a payment method.

The process
