THE OPPORTUNITY
Working with a businessman who is about to start his property journey. Your task would mostly consist of different tasks/projects. You need to be very patient and willing to learn. The right candidate is proactive, gets things done, and is competent. This is a long term view with the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
PART TIME with a view of increasing hours - STARTING HOURLY RATE: 4.20 US Dollars
FLEXIBLE HOURS but should mostly be free Philippine mornings and evenings
Tasks could include:
• Property research
• Personal research - this could be anything from finding the best vitamin C supplement, to the best place to travel in the Philippines
• Building database
•
• Research and lead generation
• Personal errands for the Business Founder
• Building and managing related databases
• Potentially assisting with a variety of social media tasks including content creation/re-purposing and growing an engaged audience
• Social media support-lots of opportunities to add value and develop your skills further
• Calendar coordination and appointment booking
• Diary Management and appointment booking
• Administrative Support
• Data Entry
• Varied research tasks
• Ad Hoc varied Day to Day Business Support tasks
Skills required:
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong written and verbal English
• Interest and passion in social media (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• At /WPM typing speed with 90%+ accuracy
• Adaptable to change
Additional Requirements:
• 10mbps stable internet connection with backup
• Working computer/ Laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent RAM - 4GB)
• Minimal to no power outage in the area
