JOB OVERVIEW

Position: External Project Manager
Compensation: $3.50/hr - Starting Salary
Hours: Part-time; 15 hours/week (Pacific)

Seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager who has excellent communication and strong listening skills with a professional (but comfortable) demeanor.

15 hours per week at $3.50/hour to start. Room for growth. Raises based on output.

Ideally, you are: comfortable managing projects and providing guidance/direction to project owners and teams, a natural leader who is more proactive than reactive, and comfortable asking questions for clarification. Your role primarily revolves around keeping several teams on track, keeping an eye on team performance and progress, and helping make improvements.

Our Expectations
- Meet with project owners to determine what the major goals are
- Attend beginning of the week meetings w/ project owners & tea ---------- mbers
- Understand project management best practices
- Communicate feedback effectively
- Document/report different teams performances
- Establish rapport with project owners & tea ---------- mbers
- Receive workload audit documents from our operations team, and review

Bonuses:
- Develop more best practices
- Analyze team performances to determine needs
- Understanding of different PM apps (Trello, Asana, Monday, etc)
- Understanding of different PM systems (Lean, Scrum, Waterfall, etc)

What the work week will look like:

Monday
- Meeting w several different project owners & teams (discussing expectations for the week)
- Meet with each tea ---------- mber individually about expectations

Wednesday
- Check-in with each team on task progress, make recommendations as necessary
- Internal reporting of different teams performances to keep a documentation log

Thursday
- Providing progress reports to project owners (making suggestions as necessary)
- Remaining hours spent on education (continuing to learn & trial best practices)
