JOB OVERVIEW

URGENT HIRING for a Tech Specialist!

We are looking for a Tech-savvy, highly responsive, independent worker with strong communication skills.

Everyone on our team is highly motivated, a critical thinker, and is aiming to make the business the best it can possibly be. When we each succeed, we ALL succeed. We are looking for someone to bring their A-game, be a self-starter, learn and function independently, but work in direct teamwork with the Director of Operations to maintain optimized task flow and make sure that all daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed. Looking for a rockstar!

Responsibilities:

Build and manage automation using Zapier or other automation tools
Import the data and the flow of the data
Understands and knows how to build Integrations
Understands and knows how APIs work
Not afraid to dive into the backend of WordPress or Web host servers and can work on DNS, etc. (includes troubleshooting)
Build and update SOPs
Assist in various levels of data entry as needed

Loom - can be trained to use this
Clockify - can be trained to use this
Hyros - not a necessity but preferred

Schedule:

M-F (standard business hours) US Pacific time

20-25 hours per week to start (we want to bring on someone who can possibly work full-time as more responsibilities are handed over)
