JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time => Virtual Assistant => Social Media Team Manager => Customer Support & Service.

Must be available for the interview process right away there are few steps.

Manage a variety of tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Follow and improve processes Provide timely, effective, high-quality executive and administrative support services.
Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet competing deadlines and possess an eye for detail Strong communicator with a positive can-do attitude.

Be a self-starter who is a team player Maintain confidentiality, discretion and judgement in the handling of confidential documents and information of a critical and sensitive nature.

Exceptional attention to detail Flexibility and readiness to change at the drop of a hat with a positive, unperturbed attitude Fast, efficient approach to all tasks Work independently with minimal supervision Social Media Management skills Email campaign management. Understand Facebook Messenger.

Database management Facebook group management Fast at learning new software.

This assistant will be prospecting on Facebook in order to build relationships and then ask them to book a sales call. We will provide templates, systems and training to do this.

The ultimate goal is to chat online and book sales calls.

How Many Hours? => 40 HRS a week => Hiring more than one...

Looking for the freelancer to have flexible scheduling preferences.

The freelancer needs to be able to have audio and video calls with us, customers, or clients...

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be very organized.
• Comfortable learning using new technology and tools such as project management software and social media listening tools.
• Wants to learn how to how to advance in the company
