Part-time Sales Assistant

Hired person will be marketing an affiliate program. He/she will be focused on managing customer database and selling an online travel affiliate business using a phone/email broadcasting software. Hired persons will be undergoing training on the first week for the software that will be used for the campaign.

NUMBER OF HIRES NEEDED: two

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Set up email and phone broadcasts to extracted leads
2. Manage lead database using an affiliate software

SALARY: Base pay of $2/hour + commission per sale/sign up

JOB SCHEDULE: must work Monday - Friday between 9AM and 5PM PST, 4 hours/day with the possibility of going on full time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have sales/call center experience
-Must be driven and has a strong desire to achieve sales quota
-Experience/knowledge with CMS/database software is an advantage
-Experience in affiliate marketing is an advantage
-Proficient in written and spoken English
-Must have stable internet connection (minimum of 2mbps)
-Must have good headset and mic with noise reduction features
-Must be willing to work on a rotating schedules at night shifts
-Must be highly trainable to use various software/programs
