Social Media and Google Adwords marketing expert

I'm looking for someone who can work about 20 hours a week.

Qualifications:
-Fluent in English
-Good Writer
-Available for communication
-Understands Marketing (Such as lead generation, branding...etc.)
-Social Media Savvy (Specifically in Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
- Able to easily operate google adwords
- Efficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
-Basic Graphics editing

The job will be to manage clients social media and Google Adwords accounts. It will require these accounts to be operated to match the brand of the client and achieve the clients goals. (more sales, more exposure, more followers...etc.)
