In the second half of the year, we are bringing jewelry into the aromatherapy space. With Felice’s expertise in aroma card reading, numerology, and personalized essential oil blends, we aim to make aroma jewelry more fun than ever. We are also expanding into the aroma manifestation coaching business.

JOB SCOPE
1. Pitch products to be featured in the magazines
2. Pitch valuable content to be featured in digital publication
3. Pitch to secure podcast opportunities
4. Pitch to collaborate with brands - promotions, wholesale, etc
5. Organize collaboration with influencers
6. Negotiate partnership rates
7. Manage partners relations (brand ambassadors, affiliates)
8. Follow & Engage on Social Media
9. Seal the deals with partners
10. Cold calling, cold emailing, and lots of follow-ups

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Business-minded
2. Has experience in online sales and marketing
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Good at sending cold-reach emails and perform cold calling
5. Good at conducting Zoo ---------- etings with partners
6. Video editing skill is a plus
7. Enthusiastic in building relationships with people (you just love people!)
8. Possess the attitude of NEVER GIVE UP
9. Do not get intimidated by rejection
10. Proactive
11. Do not mind repetitive outreach tasks
12. Punctual
---------- tail-oriented
14. Love spiritual, mindful stuff
15. Fast and reliable internet connection. If you have a backup internet source, it will be a plus.
16. Able to work 40 hours/week
17. WILLING TO WORK IN USA EASTERN TIME

OFFER:
1. Paid 10-Day Philippines Public Holidays
2. 13th-month bonus
3. 10 Day PTO with 1 additional day for every year of service
