Marketing Project Manager

We are a growing Ecommerce marketing agency and are looking to add a new member to our quickly growing team!

Position: Marketing Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Oversee our strategic marketing strategy for each product brand.
- Managing and supervising marketing projects from the initial stage to their completion
- Plan out marketing strategy, map out projects and supervise project tasks to execute the strategy
- Prepare timelines for projects through ClickUp
- Review and approve media contents, ad copy, images, videos etc.
- Ensure that the team’s marketing project goals are understood
- Work with content creators and copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, media buyers and the influencer outreach team
- Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance sales results
- Interact and guide creative personnel to develop and present new design, copy as well as marketing solutions to accomplish
marketing goals.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in
synergy
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Report and escalate to management as needed


QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 2 years of project management in marketing, e-commerce and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- An eye for details and excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Exceptional decision-making and organizational skills necessary to supervise marketing projects
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Good communication skills and prior leadership experience with handling marketing projects
- Motivated by Performance and Workaholic Mentality
