TELEMARKETER / CSR AFTERSALES - OFFICE BASED

Job Description:
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Required Skill(s): phone selling, customer service, prospecting, online selling, microsoft excel, microsoft word
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Identifies prospects and validating opportunities through telephone
• Call Customers based on the given leads and offer UPSELLS
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
• Knows how to turn prospective customers to valued clients by consistently following-up and attending to their business needs.
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Accomplishes daily reports and submits weekly reports to supervisor
• We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
• A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

Qualifications:
• Female/Male, 21 to 33 years old
• High school Diploma, Under Graduate, College Graduate or Equivalent
• Team Player, active, flexible and cooperative
• Flexible on Shift Schedule
• Willing to work near SM MARILAO
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm
• Willing to work during Holidays if required
• A Keyboard Warrior
• Willing to be trained for 2 Weeks with allowance
• Qualified Trainees are entitled to Weekly Minimum Basic Pay + Commission and Incentives
