JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking help to virtually assist our administrative office. This is a full-time & long-term position. There will be plenty of room to grow with us professionally!

You:
- Must possess great communication skills in speaking for making and answering calls from our members and prospects.
- Must have good writing skills in English to respond to inquiries regarding our program via FB and emails
- An experience in a call center handling customers' concerns is helpful but not required.
- An experience with GHL or Keap softwares a huge plus but not required.
- Must have an excellent internet connection and a good (headset with a mic) to make and receive calls.
- Must be willing to work the night shift in the Philippine time (day hours here in America)

The job will include but not limited to the following:
- Confirming appointments following a written script
- Answering and returning phone calls to possibly set up appointments following a written script
- Checking the company's e-mail and responding to it
- Managing our social media accounts
- Data entry
- Follow-up calls to members and prospects
