Wordpress Expert Needed

Hi,

I'm looking for someone who can help me make a website ( I want the project to be completed within 2 months). I'm trying to create a website meant for Japanese people. But the script will be in English so don't worry about the language.

Anyway, I want to create four pages

task1. homepage ( concept )
task2. promo page 1
task3. promo page 2
task4. how my company works ( details)
task5. potential extra tasks ( we'll figure it out as we go )

the kind of websites I wanna make...

milestone basis payment
-task 1 done --> 10% of the payment
-task 2 done --> 10% of the payment
-task 3 done --> 15% of the payment
-task 4 done --> 25% of the payment
-task 5 done --> 40% of the payment

the payment will be made on PayPal ( service fees are included in your Payment )

Qualifications:
-more than ten years of experience using photoshop/adobe illustrator/wordpress
-you have taken on more than 100 projects
- I want to work with someone who is open to communication ( directly talking on ---------- when discussing the project forward )
