Website Design and Admin

I am in need on someone who can improve my existing website, and make the design more visually appealing. I would also like someone who can update the site on a weekly basis. I would also prefer someone who can add marketing and analytics functionality to the website. As an example, I would like to add a store as well as an email newsletter subscription option.
