VA /Sales experienced in ebook industry (Kindle/CS/ACX)

We are a publishing startup and have various books already published over Kindle , CS, ACX , Lulu. We now need someone who can take care of all the jobs which involves
a) Hiring writers
b) Researching on awesome topics for which the books can be made
c) Planning on its execution and sales
d) Proof read/edit/creating covers and creating various formats etc.
e) Publishing it to various platforms
