Marketing Coordinator

The Ortus Club is looking for a detail oriented and punctual Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing team in the production of marketing materials.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and liaise with Guesting Directors to produce marketing material for all events.

Responsibilities:
Create all marketing collaterals (brochures, guesting biographies, brochures, welcome packs, etc)
Create event webpages
Prepare event slides
Marketing assistance to project coordinators
Transcribe discussion meeting minutes

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
Fluency in English and impeccable grammar
Experience in Wordpress preferred
Good eye for graphic design and aesthetics
Attention to detail and strong commercial flair
Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
