Customer Service Representative

We are an Australian e-commerce retailer. We sell mattress products and various bedding items.

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service representative to join the team.

The successful applicant will have the following:

- Experience handelling outbound calls to customers
- Dealing with irate customers
- E-commerce/online retailer experience
- Fluent English, both written (for live chat) & verbal for phone calls
- Experience with Zendesk is a bonus
- Experience with Woocommerce is a bonus

Working hours will be 6am-3pm (Manila time)

Our team works very closely over Skype, and you will be expected to integrate into the team. We are very familiar with job hoppers, and are not looking for anyone that is planning on working two jobs at one time. We will need your full attention for the full duration of your shift.
