JOB OVERVIEW

Job description
- Responsible for providing welcome call to customers via phone
- Responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with customer data.
- Handles customer escalations and difficult customer calls when needed
- Utilizes good interpersonal skills, such as listening, clarifying, confirming, and tact and diplomacy with customers, CSR's,
technical staff and management
- Handle issues and concerns ranging from general questions, payment schedules, payment transactions
- Handle sales calls when needed
- May review tickets for potential issues to escalate to different group as needed
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Participates and contributes to the development of programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees

- Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales/call center
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, including positive phone demeanor
- Communicates issues with the facts making reasonable suggestions and potential resolutions
- You must be using a desktop computer
- You must have a high quality headset (USB)
- Fast, reliable internet connection with speed at least 25Mbps (Fiber optic connection) if not back up connection is needed
at least -15Mbps (wired connection)
- Hardworking, flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency .
- Must be Christian (any denomination) or Catholic
- Initiative to succeed
- Desire to help others
- Quiet and undisturbed room to work
