Web Development Head

We are looking for a rockstar Web Development Manager who can lead and manage our team of developers!

Oh Hello Agency is looking for an experienced Manager in web development who has an extensive experience with web designing and development who will work alongside our Creative Director, strategists, web developers, and designers to design modern, clean websites.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Recommend, design, and develop site architecture and tools to ensure high-quality website performance
• Leading the web development team
• Coordinating with clients
• Building a solid timeline and making sure deliverables are met on time

The person we’re looking to hire has an exceptional understanding in building, launching and maintaining websites, as well as an in-depth knowledge of builders such as Divi.

This person should have an expert-level experience in web development that will help build the site from scratch.

Do you have what it takes? Here are the requirements:

• 8+ years experience in web development role
• 2+ years managing people
• Superb management skills
• Design work on web design and or print/social media design that is modern
• An understanding of how to do design research, strategically present designs to the client, and ALSO make design decisions that translate well into development
• Knowledge on Figma or Adobe Pro, Divi
• Ability to work closely with an in-house team of designers, project managers, and digital strategists and help translate the user experience into a design for a variety of clients across multiple industries (experience building with WooCommerce is a huge bonus).
• Can produce effective business-oriented solutions based on organizational goals
• Can communicate ideas clearly and in a manner that can be understood by clients and ‘non-techie’ personnel.
