Digital Marketing Assistant for Project Management: DAVAO OFFICE

OFFICE BASED JOB

We are looking for a diligent full-time Digital Marketing Assistant for the company director that is willing to learn, quick on their feet, and does not shy away from numbers. If you have all of these qualities, then this might be the perfect job for you!
Training will be provided for you, so being able to adapt to learning new tasks is important. And to communicate with our team, good English communication skills is a must. We need someone useful straight away with enough intellect and flexibility to learn new and exciting ---------- other words, YOU might be what we NEED!

WHO ARE WE?
We’re an award-winning Digital Marketing Agency based in Auckland, New Zealand. We provide world-class ecommerce marketing strategy, coaching and paid ads management for clients all over the world.
You will work directly with the Davao based Marketing team to provide VA and operations support as the company grows globally. The successful candidate needs to be a self-starter, and capable of completing projects on time.

- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Have excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, with the ability to interact and clearly communicate issues and information to all levels of management
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on and detail-oriented
-Have good computer skills and works well with Excel spreadsheets
- Enjoy being a team player; actively collaborating and participating with other teams in the organisation
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
-Have good computer skills and works well with MS Office ie. Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Trustworthy, self-motivated, have an "attention to detail" attitude and can work on their own

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must have a laptop, a smartphone; and
• Home DSL/Fiber Internet Connection with at least 5mbps in case of work from home days (Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted)

WORKING HOURS
• Mondays to Fridays
12noon -8pm / 1pm-9pm (Philippines time)

Trial Period and Probation Period:
• 1st Month and 2nd-6th month.

SALARY
* Base pay PHP 20,000 or will be based on previous demonstrated performance/experience in the relevant field (Digital Marketing)
