JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a diligent, confident and capable full-time Digital Marketing and Customer Support Assistant to join our small ecommerce team.

A positive, problem-solving attitude is essential to this role, however, you are encouraged to ask questions and seek help to achieve your tasks as needed. We are here to support you! Ongoing training will be provided.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
- We are an Australian, family-owned business and have been online since 2013.
- We retail art supplies and are well-known in our niche for excellent customer service.
- While we mostly sell established brands, we have recently launched our own brand and product range, which makes this a very exciting time to be joining our team!
- Our customers are mostly in Australia but a major goal is to establish an international brand, and we plan to launch in the US market in 2022.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
1. Customer Support/ First Response:
2. Communicating with customers via social media, and
Via our helpdesk (website chat - we use “ReAmaze”)
3. Assisting with our social media content calendar:
4. Creating simple, on-brand images and graphics with Canva
5. Moderation of our Facebook groups
6. Curating UGC (user generated content) via Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
7. Scheduling and publishing content to our social media accounts
8. Curating and communicating with brand ambassadors
9. Proofreading and formatting blog posts, emails, product descriptions
10. Assist with basic website maintenance eg. formatting and publishing blog posts, updating and optimising product descriptions, resizing and uploading images (no coding skills required)
---------- petitor and/or product research and analysis
12. Creating Slideshows/Presentations (prefer Canva, Google Slides)
13. Create weekly reports from Google Analytics
14. Accurate data entry - this is a daily task / create post labels, processing vouchers approx 1-2 hours per day

You will communicate with our team daily via a Zoo ---------- eting, and Slack

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- You have a minimum of two years experience working with an ecommerce business, with demonstrated skills in AT LEAST TWO of the following areas:
* Online customer support/service experience via “chat/helpdesk”
* Social media curation and publishing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
* >>>Facebook Community Moderation
* Bigcommerce or Shopify
* Amazon and/or eBay Seller Accounts
* WordPress
* Klaviyo

- Confident in using applications such as Google Drive, Google Analytics, Dropbox, Slack, Zoom, Klaviyo (or similar), Excel, Google Analytics, Canva, Vimeo, and helpdesk

- High level written and verbal communication skills (English)
To provide excellent, responsive customer support
To communicate with your manager and tea ---------- mbers
For proofreading and formatting blog posts, emails, product copy, and social media posts

- Diligent & trustworthy
Willing and able to follow instructions and complete tasks within a given timeframe using your excellent organisational, time management and prioritization skills

- Team player - when you require help to complete a task, need further training, or additional time, you will communicate with your manager - we’re here to support you!

- Confident & capable
Willing to learn new skills and grow as we grow
Able to work independently as you gain experience in the role
Positive attitude

- Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy with customer support, data entry, and preparing reports

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Have a laptop, smartphone and reliable internet connection with at least 5mbps (fast, stable connection that is not interrupted)

SALARY
* Base pay PHP 25,000 or will be based on previous demonstrated performance/experience

WORKING HOURS
* Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (Philippine time)
