Global Force Contracting Credentialing Manager

Job Description:
• Responsible for all aspects of the contracting, credentialing, and licensing processes for all medical providers in MD24 House Call practice.
• Developing execution plans using the Global Chain Supply Processes, communicating to proper departments, and coordinating with global team members during the whole process.
• Develop and a GCSP Flow Diagram, Gantt chart, Key Performance Indexes (KPI) and SOP for MD24’s Contracting, Credentialing, and Licensing processes
• Tracking and monitoring weekly and monthly data on applications, as well as forecasting the leads generated by providers.
• Review corporate 5-years strategic plan done by CEO, then communicate to CEO and both Global Franchising and Business Development Team Members to develop 5-year plans for Contracting, Credentialing, and Licensing across 50 states, which will then help MD24 House Call in its global development and expansion.
• Researching and continuously improving the efficiency of the process.
• Most importantly, the Contracting/Credentialing Specialist needs to understand the process enough to train our team in Vietnam on contracting/credentialing, so they can become proficient in those processes.
Skills/Experience:
• Fast learner and self-starter.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented with teamwork.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to research and analyze data.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management staff, and contacts outside the organization.
• Proficient use of Microsoft, Google and Internet applications.
• 2-3 years of experience in business management; internships acceptable.
• Experience with health care and/or credentialing desired, but not required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be able to work night shifts to coordinate with US teams, along with night teams globally.
Education:
• MBA preferred, but will also consider Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Administration
