JOB OVERVIEW

Position & Company Description:

We are a creator agency looking for someone with experience in managing & optimizing paid/organic marketing strategies, data analysis, content distribution strategies & overall client improvement. We work with clients who use multiple social media platforms to post their content, you will be responsible for ensuring at a high level that each clients account(s) are performing to the company standards by tracking all relevant KPI's, A/B testing & ensuring the systems are as efficient and/or automated as possible. For any paid marketing, you will also be responsible for dealing with promotional/advertising invoices are paid on time based upon the account content schedule and monthly growth plan.

As the Digital Marketing Strategist, you will not be doing the technical day to day work within each client account (we have team members responsible for this work), instead your main focus will be focusing on account strategy and optimization to continue month over month growth, this will be measured in overall growth (combining all accounts) and broken down into individual client growth. You will have the ability to run tests across multiple accounts on multiple platforms, and access data that can help build the content strategy for our clients. You will have access to our resources and team members to collect data and make evidence based decisions + implement your own ideas/flare/aesthetic to each clients account.
Some of the current tasks that you will be responsible for are listed below:

Current Tasks:

1. Manage all paid marketing strategies to insure they are paid on time and scheduled to run according to our requirements
2. Measure & Analyze ALL paid & organic marketing KPI's with the goal of optimizing and improving results
3. Measure & Analyze PPV content distribution strategies with the goal of optimizing and improving results
4. Create monthly PPV content distribution strategies & co-ordinate with content distributers to insure all PPV content is scheduled and distributed on time
5. Create new, data driven marketing strategies with the goal of improving account results

Who We Are Looking For/Your Background Experience:

This is a position that can become very overwhelming, very quickly if you do not have sufficient management experience dealing with multiple clients/accounts & utilizing your associated team members to ensure all the work is being completed for each account & then effectively tracking the data and reporting it with a plan on how to optimize and improve for growth & ideally, reducing costs. If you are more used to doing the day to day, scheduling and uploading type of work this is NOT the position for you. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in a managerial position in social media or online/digital marketing, who has worked with multiple clients at the same time.
