Duties
Providing introductory information to new customers
Requesting and logging of pertinent information for project
Guiding customers through the initial process
Appointment Scheduling and confirmation
Working with other tea ---------- mbers to following up on clients or customers
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions
Escalating queries and concerns

Necessary Skills
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and/or emails daily

Qualifications
English proficiency both verbal and written
