An outstanding opportunity to play a fun, dynamic and rewarding role in taking the lead in achieving target business goals and generating sales revenue as Business Development Specialist.

Responsibilities
The purpose of the business development specialist is to help maximize interest and effectiveness in sales process. Focus will be on identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relations with existing ones, driving the sales force and closing new business.

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop a strong pipeline of new customers and projects through incoming leads and outbound prospecting.
• Create strategies to present new business ideas to small and large perspective business partners.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in telephone and email-based consultative selling skills to include the ability to conduct effective needs assessment, communicate value and overcome objections.
• Analyze customer data and preference as a basis in building effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports and documents involving investor presentations, sales leads, financial other business development needs.
• Provide input into strategic marketing activities and industry-specific benchmarks for business development.
• Develops standard processes to maximize business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Keeping abreast of sales and marketing best practices, new and emerging trends, and sharing in the implementation of strategies for CARRHURE and its clients.
• Provide administrative support and other tasks as necessary in a quick-paced office.

Candidate Profile
These responsibilities require a strong mix of technical, communications and personal skills, as well as strong sales and marketing background. Key competencies required are:
• Strong prospecting skills and outbound lead generation.
• Ability to actively listen and evaluate customer requirements.
• Experience in business development, inside sales, telesales or telemarketing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
• Presentation skills including experience using remote demonstration tools.
• Self-driven, mature, excellent teamplayer.

Other Requirements
• Willing to work at home during CET business hours.
• Must have a reliable internet connection. DSL with minimum speed of 3.0 mbps is preferred.
