Facebook Ads (& Google Ads) Guru

I currently manage over 25 different Facebook and Google advertising accounts and I'm looking for someone to take total control over everything ads related so that I can focus on getting us more business (and paying you more!)

Ideally, the moment I make the sale I will introduce you into the conversation to talk with each of our clients, communicate with them and get them setup. This is a client facing role where you may be video chatting with clients, sending them video updates, and constantly communicating with them over email. So if you speak great english and like to have a great sense of responsibility - this is for you.

I am mainly looking for someone to take over the management of Facebook Ads. If you do Google Advertising that is a plus but if I need to hire two people - one for Facebook, and one for google I can do that (so if you aren't an expert in Google Adwords, you should still definitely apply).

As part of the interview process, we'll both hop on Skype to see if we like each other and want to work together. As part of the interview, I'm mainly looking for skill so I'll be walking through several of my client's accounts and asking you what improvements you would make or how you would go about setting up a new account.

I like to think I have a great amount of knowledge in Facebook & Google advertising but I'm really looking for someone *smarter* than me than can actually *teach me* the right things to do instead of me teaching you.
