JOB OVERVIEW

I run Leopard.FYI, a recruiting company focused on women engineers. Our Candidate Researchers build high quality lists of candidates for clients, and our Client Assistant will help track clients reach out to those candidates and get calls scheduled. If you don't have prior phone experience, feel free to apply to one of those roles.

The role requires partial overlap with US PST or EST hours, so the morning shift or night shift works ok. Part time is not available for this role. Written skills are also important.

We are looking for an experienced account manager to work with our US based recruiting clients. The role will involve:

Responsibilities:

Managing Client Recruiting
- Learn the ins and outs of technical recruiting, what a good profile looks like, what is good vs great, who is responsive etc
- Manage Client Linkedin Inboxes and automation bots
- Run automation outreach to ensure enough candidates are messaged
- Coordinate with candidate researcher to have enough accurate candidates (or find them on your own)
- Keep a master spreadsheet of candidate processes organized for the client and also update Airtable

Scheduling on behalf of candidates and clients
- Send canned follow ups to candidates who respond, update tracker accordingly
- Make sure calls get scheduled, follow up confirm with candidates and clients in relevant channels
- Submit candidate info to Client ATS as needed
- Send calendar invite if needed

Communicating with clients on chat:
- Sharing candidate responses that need personalized answers in slack
- Scheduling for hiring manager using calendly
- Stay in touch with clients about who is moving to later stages of the hiring process

Relationship management on phone:
- Onboarding Clients when they join Leopard.FYI
- Doing check in calls with clients as they progress
- Setting expectations with clients about timelines, who won't respond to them etc
- Onboarding additional tea ---------- mbers
- Firefighting if they are unhappy with results
- Sharing difficult feedback with them, if a candidate is unhappy or has feedback etc

Why work for Leopard?

- Flexible work hours, work from home, kind supportive team :)
- You can work as many hours as you'd like -- just take on additional candidate research or database projects if you want to make more $ on your own time
- Get trained on PH hours but get US tea ---------- ntorship
- Pair up with other tea ---------- mbers globally to collaborate on strategy and drive results for clients
- Help women get better pay, better environments etc

The role pays $7 an hour for client work, and can work 20-40+ hours. You can also pick up Candidate Research work for $3.50 if you want additional income. We are also exploring a significance bonus for every hire you make. There are also bonuses based on good performance, and if you refer someone to the team.

The Leopard.FYI interview process is as follows:
1. Complete the takehome assessment below
2. If we are impressed, we will put you in our training program and get you on contract! You'll start by learning to build lists for clients (Candidate Researcher role), and then will become client facing when you learn the ropes.

Here’s the Takehome Assessment for Leopard.FYI. To submit, please make a copy of the takehome assessment link below, fill in your answers and share the sheet with ----------
----------

Don't worry if you don't get it perfect -- we are just looking for motivation and your ability to learn! We will also pay you $15 USD if it goes well.

If that goes well you'll interview with our team lead Jacqui and then will receive an offer to join our training program.

Good luck!
