?Perform full-cycle software development, unit testing and /or system configuration changes to resolve defects.

?Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues through understanding of technical and business requirements.
?Provide technical documentation for the systems delivered.
?Provides daily operational support for some applications by troubleshooting incidents to identify root causes and solutions.
?Contribute to and follow defined processes for software development and maintenance.
?Implement good security coding practices to avoid common coding vulnerabilities.
?Plans, organizes and coordinates technical work activities with business users and other support organizations as applicable.
Maintains IP compliance on systems and software as appropriate.
