Roles & Responsibilities: Knowledgeable in analytics, advertising and data marketing.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are critical for success in the role of Paid Advertising Manager because it requires measuring and analyzing the performance of digital advertising
Review analytics regularly on the use of paid ads (such as conversion rates) to inform future campaign strategies: e.g., change bidding parameters or keywords to improve performance through experimentation with different targeting options.
Manage existing accounts/campaigns on various platforms like Google AdWords,
Keep a close track of the conversion funnel/conversion rate for all online acquisition strategies (paid ads).
Responsible for driving in-depth market research and analysis to derive insights into the target

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. Our ideal candidate would have a degree in Psychology and/or Social Sciences.
Familiarity with digital advertising channels (Google AdWords,
3-5 years experience copywriting/content marketing-- or more if you've been doing it independently. (Experience writing about topics related to mental health highly preferred). Excellent communication skills. The candidate must have excellent written English communication skills with a nuanced ability to deliver complex thoughts in an easy and approachable
