Applicant must have:
- ISA experience
- Objection handling
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent internet connection

The employee's main responsibilities will be:
-Make cold calls to prequalify leads (identify homeowner's motivation to sell, timeline, price, & condition of the property)
-Prequalify 2+ leads per day.
-Push these leads to acquisition managers to close the deal.
-Input all prequalified leads in company CRM
