Automation Co-ordinator

We’re looking for talent to join our totally awesome and fast-growing team. Our team’s a pretty crazy, energetic bunch, almost entirely based in the Philippines.

What You'll Do...
You'll be helping create automation and develop systems and processes for the company.
Creating integrations for marketing campaigns.
Planning and creating team productivity dashboards and reports
Setting up integrations for Clickfunnels, email auto responders
Work with Google forms, sheets...lots of sheets!
Supporting the Operations Manager in maintaining process bible
Doing research for product development.


Ideal Candidate Will Be...

You're detail-orientated ... you're also probably a little obsessive around details. You love schedules and you love keeping to time.

You’re mechanically minded, love plugging things together so things happen in order and have had exposure to certain tools like Clickfunnels, Zapier or other automation tools.

You're super-organized... you'll need to be ... because you will be working with different teams, and each has its own set of outcomes.

You're an outcome-driven sort of person ... failing or missing deadlines kills you on the inside (you feel terrible when things don't happen for you).

You want to be part of a team that wins! You love winning, you love creating, you love producing great results ... you're a proud person! Losing sucks. You hate losing.
