Seeking administrative assistant for the following tasks -

1. Managing Emails
2. Data Management/Entry
3. Scheduling appointments, travel
4. Answer Incoming Calls/Checking Voicemails
5. Posting to social media/craigslist
6. Ordering Materials
7. Research
8. Documenting Processes
9. Dispatching Employees
10. Other Administrative Tasks

Real Estate Company in USA seeking administrative assistant to help with daily tasks. Ideal applicant is someone with experience as a virtual assistant and with fluent english reading/writing skills. Some Real Estate knowledge a plus but willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is open to learning and growing with us as we grow as a company.

11. Gmail, GoogleSheets, Dropbox, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Zoom, Skype, craigslist knowledge a must.
12. Video editing a plus
13. Marketing Experience a plus

Hours: 10:00am-6:00pm EST (9pm-5am Manila), Monday - Friday. Optional Overtime Available on Saturdays. $100 bonus for all closed company transactions.
