10X Ventures is a startup studio that builds companies in a pragmatic, calculated way. We run a wide range of experiments across a variety of products and services. We’re building a lot of different things: saas tools that solve extremely specific needs and some for broader use; newsletter networks that people want to receive and we’re proud to publish; consumer tools and games across a variety of interests. Some of these will work really well and grow into larger companies on their own. Many will fail. The team uses data to optimize toward winning formulas & building a network of successful standalone businesses.


Role: React Developer
Full time (40 hours / week)
Hours: Flexible

What you’ll do
- Become an expert in the BlitzJS framework ( ---------- ) and Tailwind CSS [We’ll pay you to learn as you do your first projects with the team]
- Build reusable “starter” template/QuickStart projects:
--- Multi tenant saas tools with workspaces/organizations and granular ACL
--- Single page lander/lead capture
--- Subscription management
--- Flexible subscription management / billing / plans
--- Let tenants customize the theme of their page
- Improve tools based on customer feedback and wishlist
- Help Answer Open Questions
--- How do we support custom domain to a tenant’s instance?
--- Best way to deploy?
--- Build MVPs of a variety of saas tools

Qualifications
- Eagerness to learn and look for opportunities
- Be extremely comfortable with learning from failed experiments and throwing away code
- Keep each project details confidential, we’re trusting each other as partners
- Comfortable using git and having code peer reviewed
- Willing to explore alternative implementations of features
