We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Management Assistant that is detail oriented, technically savvy, and is detail oriented. You must have Amazon Seller Central experience and the ability to work during standard business hours.
Job Duties:
• Data entry for various projects and reports as needed
• Amazon Listing Optimization via Flat file Upload
• Open cases with Amazon and follow through the resolution
• Create sales and inventory forecasting reports
• Conduct listing quality and image audits
• Check performance and account health regularly
• Work with internal teams to setup and follow through on projects as it relates to managing the Amazon account listings and account performance
• Organize, update and maintain datasheets as it relates to ongoing projects
Skills Required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Able to communicate in English – Written/Spoken
• Knowledge of keyword and competitor research
• Helium 10 Knowledge a Plus
