Description/Information:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
-Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
-Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
-Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
-Handles discipline and termination of contractors in accordance with company policy.
-Reporting directly and providing regular updates on company morale and leadership feedback to the CEO.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with company policies.
-Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
-Conducts or acquires background checks and contractor eligibility verifications.
-Implements new hire orientation and contractor recognition programs.
-Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
-Handles work-related inquiries from applicants, contractors, and managers
-Attends and participates in contractor disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
-Reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
-Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, and talent management.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

-Create and implement policies and procedures
-Preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
-Create or optimize current onboarding plans
-Develop and conduct general training and development programs
-Conduct Disciplinary actions
-Maintain employee records (personal info, attendance, performance, etc.)
-Benefits and payroll - in coordination with Finance
Required Skills/Abilities:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
-Must have the ability and capacity to work well in conflict resolution and cross-department managers and leaders
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
-Proficient in Office tools such as docs, presentation, google drive, sheets
-Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
