What we are building:
Call Center:
We are planning to add many new features and integrations to our existing call center solution

Chat:
We are planning to build a new chat contact center solution to integrate with our existing call center solution, for our agents to handle conversations on behalf of our clients beyond just calls.


Who we are looking for:
Someone with a passion for and senior-level experience building complex front-end applications. Someone who is very comfortable with TypeScript, design patterns, functional programming, component architectures. Someone who thrives working on a small team and having to face new and ambiguous challenges.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with GraphQL
Experience with React or LitElement or a similar modern frontend framework
Experience with Redux and/or other state management tools


Schedule:
You get to choose and work your own hours. We understand that you have a life and we offer flexibility for that. We only ask that you work at least full time and that you be available at a specific time each day for a daily development team standup.
