Awesome E-commerce Product Researcher

We are Amazon Central Sellers plus have a Shopify store and looking to add an additional Virtual Assistant to join our team! (Part-Time 16hrs/week)

We are looking for a loyal virtual assistant who is wanting a position to grow in, can think outside of the box and be resourceful.

Prior product sourcing experience is a MUST. Also knowledge of Amazon, Keepa, and a desire to grow with a new and fast-growing company is a must! We value those who work really hard and have a drive to learn and be in a position to grow.

REQUIREMENTS

You MUST be an EXPERT at drop shipping product sourcing and Arbritage.
You MUST be an EXPERT at finding profitable products to drop ship specifically.

Experienced in product research and sourcing of suppliers drop shipping and private label companies

Familiar with Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, Jungle Scout and Viral Launch is required

Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Amazon/Shopify account is Required

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)

Experience with??email marketing (Mailchimp, etc) is a plus

Experience with??Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus

Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage

Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus

Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)

Experience with the below softwares and sourcing platforms is a PLUS:
*Product Sourcing (Amazon, Ebay, Shopify Sellers)
**Ebay Sourcing using Zik Analytics and Ebay Market Product Finder
*Product Listing (Ebay listing softwares, Ecwid, Shopify, Wix, Woocommerce)
**Ebay Listing using Hydra Lister, DSM Tools, DSTitan, Web Guru Lister, Salesfre

THIS IS OUR PROCESS:
1.Send us your Resume and 1-2 products (either on here,??email,??emailed spreadsheet, etc.) with the ASIN, store link, and ROI.
2.After careful review of your provided documents, we will reach out to the applicants who meet our criteria and set up a 15 minute Zoom interview.
3. We will then send offer letters
4. Upon hire you will sign a simple offer letter agreement
5. I will also send documents with our requirements, any logins, and share the product spreadsheet. You will be paid for training (1-2 hours).
6.Your first shift, we will hop on a Zoom call, go over your questions from the training, go over the training, expectations, and our business plans which will include a discussion on our opportunities for growth.
7. *You MUST be willing to work 16 hours a week. (Either 4 hours for 4 days a week or 8 hours for 2 days a week)

PAY AND BONUSES:
1. Pay starts at $2.50/hr - 3.50/ hr depending on experience for all VA's
2. Pay will increase after monthly evaluations while we look at your progress, meeting goals, etc.
3. Daily bonuses are given if profits exceed expectations and all criteria is met
4. Weekly bonuses and monthly bonuses are given as well.

Our product criteria:
-50% ROI or margin above 30%
-Sales rank of less than 400,000
-Selling for roughly 3x the buy-cost
-Amazon preferably not selling. If their stock is spotty, they are not tanking the price, and they are not winning the buy box, the product is OK.
-Profit cannot be less than $4 per unit
-Product cannot be selling for under $10
-Upward trending price history
-Sales volumes in comparison to the amount of sellers is important
-More sellers = more competition and if the sales volume is low with a lot of sellers, the competition is too high.
