Podcast: VA, Social Media, Web Updates

Snow Files is a podcast focused on sharing the story of Jamie Snow - wrongfully convicted in Illinois nearly 10 years after the crime occurred. Jamie is being represented by the Exoneration Project. We are growing, but have the need to hire someone who is web savvy, and can take ownership of social media and web presence. We are completely bogged down in editing, production, and research - and need that one person who can take our downloads to another level in order to allow for sponsorships, ads, and other means of support that will allow us to put more funding into efforts to exonerate Jamie.

We are looking for a VA that can perform administrative tasks (mostly web based in Wix and Podpage), as well as update the website and social media. We prefer someone who is fluent in English language, very familiar with social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc). We are very open to ideas, and prefer an independent thinker who will be candid about ideas and efforts. We have been working on this case for 11 years, and we want someone who will be a member of the team, not just an "assigned task master."

Beyond these requirements, it would be great if you are interested in, or have experience in (but not required):
- Social Justice Issues
- Graphics (editing, creating - simple, not in depth)
- Video (editing)
- Audio (editing)
- Writing (marketing, editing)

Please understand, we are not trying to ask that you have all skills in every area, you definitely do not need to be an expert in all - the primary issue is to have the skill to post on SM (FB, Insta, Twitter, TikTok - and Youtube would be nice) and updates to a GUI website (Podpage, Wix) - which is easily learned if you have ever managed a Word Press site.
