Youtube Thumbnail Designer

The Role:
You will be in charge of creating youtube thumbnail designs on one or more of our channels. This includes taking the video topic, pairing it with images, editing it together in a way that follows our guidelines.

This is a full-time position and you will be managing the design for 10 thumbnails per week to start. As you prove yourself in this job role your responsibilities will grow upwards of 50 or 100 thumbnails per week.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Learn about our brand and be able to create captivating designs that get clicks
- Following our design process and requirements
- Basic understanding of Photoshop and design
- Understanding of youtube as a platform and the algorithm
