Telemarketing Job Purpose
Make sales and market our diamond and jewelry products by phone, make outgoing cold sales ---------- emarketing Job Duties:

Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell diamonds & jewelry to jewelry store owners.
Answers questions about diamonds & jewelry specifications and pricing.
Explains diamonds & jewelry pricing and negotiates bulk pricing
Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
