About the job position

We are looking for a full time worker at this position. Actually, this is an English school, and our target is international students.

There are three main tasks we need you to do.

1. Find foreigners (except Filipinos and Japanese) who are willing to participate in our free-conversations.

*Normally, there is a fee for free conversations, but your job is to find foreigners who are willing to participate for free. So we hope that the foreigners who are willing to participate for it.
*Ideally, the participants should be an English learner, since our Filipino English teachers will be in charge of our English teacher, but free conversation can be with anyone, as long as they are not Filipino or Japanese.


2. Find foreigners who are willing to participate in our English classes as practice or announcement.

*Foreigners participants can be Chinese, Korean, Thai, Hong Kong, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, etc., as long as they are English learners*.
*English level can be from beginner to advanced.
*Normally, there is a fee for this service, but it is provided free of charge for the purpose of announcement.


3?Find a freelance English teacher who is a foreigner (excluding Filipinos and Japanese)

*Taiwanese English teacher is preference (it would be great if you have experience in hiring Taiwanese).
*Of course, if the English teacher isn't either Japanese or Filipinos, that will be fine!


Since this is the Japanese company, sometimes you might feel some cultural differences, but this company is related to the donation for filipinos. The project called "Smile project". The system is very simple. If you work one hour for our company, our company save money for filipinos.

There are around 15 filipinos at our company and everyone is very serious and try their best for not only themselves and people in the Philippines. We are planning to use the money for the children in the Philippines right now. If you like helping people, we are happy to work with you!

Salary system
-----------------------------
Everyone starts from PHP15,000 for the first 3 months working with us because of the trial period.

At the end of the trial period (for the first 3 month working with us), you will become a stable full-time employee. Then, your salary will be d ---------- . The salary range will be between PHP15,000 and PHP25,000. The salary range will be d ---------- by your performance during your trial period (Teaching experience is not necessary for this evaluation).

After being a stable full-time employee, we believe that someone who works with us longer should be paid more. Therefore, we increase your salary by PHP5,000 every 6 months. Eventually, the salary will go up to PHP150,000.


Since this is the Japanese company, we d ---------- to invite all co-workers to come to Japan as a sightseeing. As we said in the above, we believe that someone who works longer at our company should have more benefits. Therefore, after working with us 36 months, we will buy round airplane tickets from the Philippines to Japan for all co-workers. Unfortunately, it is pandemic not only the Philippines but also Japan, but we believe after 36 months we can offer you to come to Japan safely! Therefore, we are going to offer you free Japanese lessons after 24 months working with us!

7. The person who is living in the Philippines now

10. Someone who likes to try new things
11. Someone who likes to study English
12. Someone who likes to communicate with others
13. Someone who has lots of foreign friends (at least 10 foreign friends)
