Remote Team Member - Client Success Coordinator

Townie Homes is on the search for individuals who love connecting with individuals on a personal level. We provide homeowners with a streamlined process for selling their home.

As a CSC your task will be reaching out to homeowners within communities that Townie Homes operates in. You will be offering them our services and help in booking 20 minute consultations for your local counterparts. Once acquired, you will be in charge of maintaining their records and where they are in the process.

This job requires that you have worked in a call center or some type of high intensity environment where connecting with others occurs frequently. You must be VERY good at communications and open to talking to people. As all communications will be done through phone calls this requires your english be excellent.

We are looking for dedicated, reliable and high-speed tea ---------- mbers. We bring 100% everyday and will expect you to as well.

Your introduction or proposal message must include:
-Results of the DISC and Enneagram personality test. (Trust me, you'll learn a lot about yourself as well!) Take a screenshot or email the results over.

The stated $425 for the month is for the initial month, if we d ---------- we're a good fit for each other, you will get a raise and potential for bonuses thereafter. We are looking for quality individuals and are willing to pay.
