Research VA to find independent films & series for streaming platform

I'm looking for someone that is somewhat familiar with films, and is able to differentiate between a potentially quality film that we may want to license for our platform, versus something poorly done that wouldn't go over well with our audience.

This person should be able to go find shorts, features, series, documentaries, etc., that fit our desired genres, styles, etc. They could be found on similar streaming platforms & competitors like Tubi TV, Prime Video, or hosting sites like Vimeo, Youtube, or potentially other niche streaming sites.

And then also find correct contact information for the owner of the listed content.

One example of a project might look like the following:

- We're launching a US-based Real Estate Reality Series this fall
- Please find 15 more quality series for us to consider in this loose niche for viewers of this show to also watch
- Content type could be Real estate, home shopping, home remodeling, home organizing, etc.
- Create a spreadsheet with film/series name, link to view, website of creator/producer, name/email/phone of creator/producer

This could apply to any genre tho.

You should be able to find them, verify they are quality enough for management to review, and organize your ---------- order to be considered, please list 1 or 2 tools or tactics (like specific search parameters) that you'll potentially use to find the content.
