SEO Specialist

Lynx Digital Marketing, a Canadian Digital Marketing Agency, is expanding our team and is offering a full time position with regular, predictable hours and reliable pay.

Responsibilities:
- Updating Wordpress websites with changes, plugin updates, site updates, and content as required (Elementor, Aveda, Oxygen builders)
- Building out pages on Wordpress websites, according to strategy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Building citations for businesses in Canada and the USA
- Building tier 1, 2 and 3 level links to client websites, using a variety of different methods
- Updating GMB listings as required
- Writing Advanced JSON Schema
- Managing and monitoring Google AdWords Accounts and Facebook Ad Accounts
- Identifying content opportunities that will improve search engine rankings
- Optimizing pages using the Page Optimizer Pro (POP) tool

Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years working on working on successful SEO campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Data Studio
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients at the same time
- Creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Schema syntax
- Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Citation Building Strategies
- Knowledge of GMB optimization
- Knowledge of POP tool (would be considered an asset)
- Willingness to learn and apply company specific SOPs
