Customer Service Representative - Medical Background Preferred

---------- is a leading US medical supply online ecommerce company specialized in sleep apnea supplies. We are seeking 2-3 full time customer service representatives starting immediately.

Job description:
1) Process customer emails and chats for order follow ups.
2) Communicate with sales team for customer questions.

30-40 hours per week.

Requirements:
1) Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and phone conversation.
2) Energetic and quick learner. We have lots of thing happening all the time so we want the tea ---------- mbers to do things fast.
3) Perfect customer service attitude. Customers are our king. We need to understand and fulfill their needs.
4) Typing fast.
5) This position requires candidates work in US time.
6) Good at phone talk.
7) Bachelor degree required.

This is a long term ---------- ndidate in Manila is preferred - we will open our Manila office after COVID, and all Philippines employees will work in Manila office then.
