DIGITAL PROJECT / ACCOUNT MANAGER

We’re looking for a talented Digital Account Project Manager with at least 1 year of digital e-commerce project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

The Digital Project Manager will work closely with both the Clients and Production teams and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will take charge of multiple projects / Retainer Services from start to finish and be extremely reliable.



You will:

Be a brilliant project manager with a passion for achieving success on the web
Have experience with the ' ---------- ' project management tool
Minimum 1+ years agency background
Manage a variety of client projects ( and daily task updates) at one time
Ensure all tea ---------- mbers are briefed and projects are delivered on time, to expectations and on budget

Prepare monthly reports
Schedule and prioritise tasks for the individual tea ---------- mbers to deliver
Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the projects
Ensure project management software is an accurate reflection of the status of current projects and tasks
Have outstanding verbal and written communication
High attention to detail
Project Management qualifications and/or suitable extensive experience

Ideally, you may have some of the following:

Experience with project management tools such as; teamwork, asana, Monday
Experience with the Shopify platform
Previous experience working in a similar role
