Taxi telephonist required for this position, experience preferred although not essential full training will be given.
Customer service is the number one priority and you will work with your team to deliver this. This is a very demanding role and requires dedication, Our Operators are a small group and all work tightly together to support each other. You will quickly become familiar with this unique and varied organisation.
You must be able to work flexible hours as we are a 365 day a year, 24 hours a day, 7 day a week business. The call centre takes bookings for a range of vehicles including taxi, wheelchair and executive vehicles. Journeys range from local residents travelling to the supermarket, business, airport and seaport transfers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Taking telephone calls and/or bookings and enquiries from cash and account clients as well as calls from drivers.
• assist our customers who call us by phone and place bookings made via our app and website.
• Recording and inputting information accurately and communicate with customers efficiently and professionally
• Additional administrative tasks may be required of you.
• Processing customer payments
• you will operate our taxi booking dispatch system
