Project Manager

We are expanding our team in the Philippines! We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Web Development and Marketing Agency who is excited to provide virtual support to our company, customers, and team. You’ll be managing and overseeing small tasks across various websites, digital marketing initiatives, and other business projects.

The ideal person for this position is a proactive and motivated individual with a background in project management working with small, nimble teams and a working knowledge of website development procedures. You should also have excellent communication skills as you’ll interact directly with our customers, tea ---------- mbers, and management.

We’ll start with an initial trial project or two. If that goes well, we’ll be looking for 20 hours per week, with the possibility to increase to 40 hours per week as we grow. This opening is for long-term, consistent work with set working hours.

Work responsibilities include:

- Managing incoming task requests for website maintenance, updates, and changes as requested by customers
- Work with our clients, development team, designers, and management to design, create, launch, maintain, and improve Wordpress (and other) websites, digital marketing projects, and other e-commerce endeavors
- Turn client and internal requests into a detailed set of tasks, requirements, and milestones
- Oversee, delegate, and manage our team’s daily progress on tasks and provide project status reports to management
- Ensure our tea ---------- mbers have the appropriate amount of work in their schedule, and accurately predict and remove any roadblocks before they happen
- Conduct detailed QC on our team’s work before sending it to clients for review, and coordinate changes as needed
- Jump into any of the projects yourself to fix any problems that may arise as needed
- Nurture relationships with both clients and tea ---------- mbers as you act as the first point of contact and liaison for everyone
involved
- Manage multiple (10+) external and internal projects concurrently, and be able to prioritize accordingly

It is a bonus if you have additional skills and experience since we have a variety of work across different platforms. Feel free to share with us any additional skills you feel could be valuable.

We use Dropbox, Teamwork Projects, Teamwork Desk, Google Drive/Docs, and Telegram. You must be accessible via Telegram when working.

Excellent English communication skills (fluent written and verbal) are a must.

Skills and expertise:

Technical knowledge and experience (preferred, but not all are required):

- Moderate to advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and PHP capabilities
- Intermediate knowledge of JSON, jQuery, Node.js and Liquid (Shopify) capabilities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), Dropbox, Google Drive, and more
- Website/Wordpress development
- PSD to WordPress
- Funnels (Landing Pages, Sales Pages)
- E-commerce stores
- Email marketing automation (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Infusionsoft)
- Back-end automation (Zapier)
- Other SaaS tools as needed

Project Management skills and experience:

- Familiar with project management practices like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or other experience within a digital agency environment
- Experience with project management tools, such as Teamwork and Asana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and connect with anyone from contract workers to C-level executives
- Extreme attention to detail, highly organized, and impressive time management skills
- Ability to effectively estimate time requirements and ensure we meet deadlines
- Ability to troubleshoot issues encountered and find possible solutions to resolve them

Salary Range: Php 25,000 to Php 30,000


Please note that this position requires availability from a starting time of 9:00 pm Philippines time Monday through Friday for 20 hours per week. This is to coi ---------- with our US team. We would expect the position to become full-time within 6-8 weeks.
