Full Time Customer Service for Amazon and Ebay

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our established customer service team. We are a fast-growing e-commerce company, and we sell our brands through our websites, Amazon and various other marketplaces. This is a long term position with various perks involved.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answering??emails and chats- Processing refunds and cancellations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Respond to customer queries and chats on Facebook

Requirements:
- Marketplace experiences such as Amazon and Ebay is mandatory. Please do not apply for the position without prior experience on either of the platforms.
- Experience in managing A to Z claims.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
- Experience with edesk / zendesk is a plus but not necessary
