E-Commerce/Digital Marketing Specialist

Our South African women's beauty brand is searching for a digital marketing specialist. The successful candidate will join our team in the LONG TERM, and become an integral part of our growth! We are looking for someone to take the lead with our marketing, assisting with increasing online revenue. The job will include the following:

1. Facebook, Instagram, Google advertising and paid customer acquisition
2. Strategising and testing other ad platforms, such as Pinterest, tiktok, snapchat and more.
3. Email marketing with Klaviyo - retention flows, weekly newsletters and promotional campaigns
4. Influencer reach out, marketing, and management
5. Community / facebook group management
6. Ad content creation, new campaigns, new marketing messaging and strategies
7. Managing the shopify website

Requirements:
1. Experience in all (or most) of the above. MUST have experience with media buying and paid advertising
2. Must be a problem solver, and able to take the initiative to come up with new strategies, test new ideas, etc.
3. Must be VERY experienced with digital marketing
4. Must work 9am-5pm SAST (3pm-11pm Manilla time)
5. Must have a strong internet connection for voice calls
