We are looking for a Marketing Manager

AirFreedom The Hosting Experts is currently looking for a Marketing Manager

We currently run 12 serviced accommodation apartments in Cardiff and Newport and have plans to grow over the next months. You will be responsible to make sure this growth happens.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you'll need to:
develop creative and engaging social media strategies
write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
assist with website content creation, like blog posts, web content and listing description
manage our Wix website
create and develop templates using Mailchimp to be used with investors, existing customers, and guests
create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram
oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Later, Canva and Wix
create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms, including video and photo editing
develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
analyse competitor activity
recommend improvements to increase performance
set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
manage a budget for social media activities
assist with crisis management
reply to property reviews

You'll need to have:
a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to use effective storytelling techniques
knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team
excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
project and campaign management skills
the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics
online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
motivation and commitment.

The Job:
Initially about 10-15 hours a week
Hours in the morning (UK Hours)
Target :
To improve what we have done over the last 3 years
Develop our business according to delineated business strategies
In a few months: Increase hours, take over new staff management, join our company on a full time / Exclusive basis

Job Qualifications:
Proven experience in updating, handling, and maintaining social media accounts most especially Facebook and LinkedIn
Know the in’s and out’s for managing social platforms
Extensive experience in managing, creating and posting Social Media content
Familiar with developing a social media strategy
Exceptional knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Experience with HootSuite, Mailchimp, Canva, and other commonly used tools
Familiar with boosting ads, etc…
Design experience through Canva (or other graphic design tools) with a very keen eye for details
Video Editing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferably with experience working in Real Estate or Property Rental Company
Knowledge of Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
